Modern conditions of socio-economic development are a prerequisite for the transition to a new technological structure. According to Russian and foreign experts, it will be based on a new - information, knowledge - model of the economy. This places high demands on the systems of the formation, replication and dissemination of knowledge, i.e. to the education system. Therefore, in the transition to a digital economy, priority is not given to solving technical issues, but to problems associated with the formation of a training system, the transfer of knowledge, its accumulation and productive use.
