The article discusses the issues of improving educational management based on the use of information and communication technologies to create services that allow managing processes in the University. The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that research in the field of education management in Russia is mainly devoted to the study of its theoretical aspects. At the same time, some studies cover issues related to the process of Informatization of education in the field of building an information system of an educational organization. Transformations taking place in Russia, lead to changes in education, placing the graduates of higher educational institutions in new requirements for the quality of education, and the universities requirements new priority goals and objectives of the development of modern education. This issue is particularly acute in connection with the transition to a new stage of the Russian information economy – digital.
